سياسة وشروط الريب أند شيب (Rip & Ship)

1. اتفاقية الشراء والبث المباشر
   جميع المشتريات ضمن خدمة الريب أند شيب مخصصة للفتح المباشر أثناء البث.
   عند الشراء، يوافق العميل على أن المنتجات المختومة التي يشتريها سيتم فتحها (“ريب”) أثناء البث المباشر، وأنه سيتم شحن الكروت المختارة فقط (أو الكروت المميزة حسب ما يتم تحديده).
   لا يتم بيع المنتجات مختومة إلا إذا تم الاتفاق على ذلك مسبقًا قبل البث المباشر، وسيؤدي هذا إلى تغيير في سعر المنتج، لأن الأسعار المعروضة هي فقط لخدمة الريب أند شيب.

2. موعد البث المباشر
   سيتم البث المباشر يوم الجمعة 22 أكتوبر 2025 في تمام الساعة 12:00 صباحا بتوقيت الكويت.
   في حال عدم تمكنك من حضور البث، سيتم فتح البوستات الخاصة بك أثناء البث كالمعتاد، وسنتواصل معك بعده بخصوص الكروت التي حصلت عليها.
   من المحتمل أن يتم تسجيل البث لأغراض التوثيق والشفافية.

3. أسعار الشحن (من أمريكا إلى الكويت والتوصيل المحلي)

   • الشحن الدولي من الولايات المتحدة إلى مركز التوزيع في الكويت: 2 دينار كويتي لكل 10 كروت.

   • التوصيل المحلي داخل الكويت (المرحلة الأخيرة): 1.5 دينار كويتي لكل شحنة.
     الأسعار تشمل التغليف القياسي، كما يتم توفير الحافظات البلاستيكية (Top Loaders) أو الحافظات الشفافة (Card Savers) مجانًا دون رسوم إضافية.

4. مدة الشحن والتأخير المحتمل
   يستغرق الشحن عادة من 2 إلى 4 أسابيع من تاريخ الإرسال حتى وصوله إلى الكويت.
   قد تحدث تأخيرات بسبب الجمارك أو مشاكل النقل أو شركات الشحن.
   سنقوم بتزويدكم بالتحديثات قدر الإمكان، ولكن لا نتحمل مسؤولية التأخير أو المشكلات الخارجة عن إرادتنا.

5. خيارات الشحن البديلة
   يمكن للعميل طلب شحن أسرع أو أكثر أمانًا (مثل الشحن السريع أو المؤمن).
   أي ترقية في خدمة الشحن تكون على نفقة العميل بالكامل، ويجب دفعها مسبقًا.

6. خدمة التخزين وتجميع الشحنات
   يمكن للعملاء اختيار تخزين كروتهم في موقعنا بالولايات المتحدة لفترة مؤقتة ليتم دمجها مع مشتريات مستقبلية.
   التخزين مجاني، ولكن في بعض الحالات قد نضطر إلى شحن الكروت، وفي هذه الحالة يتحمل العميل رسوم الشحن القياسية.

7. المسؤولية والتعويضات
   بعد تسليم الشحنة لشركة النقل أو البريد، لا نتحمل أي مسؤولية عن أي فقدان أو تلف أو تأخير.
   في حال حدوث أي مشكلة أثناء الشحن، سنتعاون مع شركة النقل لمعرفة التعويضات المتاحة وفق سياستهم.
   أي تعويض — إن وُجد — يعتمد كليًا على سياسات شركة الشحن وليس على المتجر.

Rip & Ship Policy and Terms

1. Live Purchase and Rip Agreement
   All purchases made under the Rip & Ship service are intended for live openings during our stream. By purchasing, you agree that the sealed products you buy will be opened (“ripped”) live on stream, and only the selected cards (or all hits, if stated) will be shipped to you.
   Sealed product requests are not available unless specifically agreed upon before the live event, and this will cause a change in the price of the product, since the listed prices apply only to the Rip & Ship service.

2. Scheduled Live Stream
   The live stream will take place on Friday, October 22, 2025, at 11:00 PM (Kuwait time).
   If you are unable to attend the live event, your packs will still be opened during the stream. We will contact you afterward regarding your hits.
   The live session will most likely be recorded for reference and transparency.

3. Shipping Rates (to Kuwait and Local Delivery)

   • International shipping from the United States to our Kuwait distribution center: 2 KWD for every 10 cards.

   • Local final-mile delivery within Kuwait: 1.5 KWD per package.
     These rates apply to standard packaging. Requests such as top-loaders or card savers are available at no additional cost.

4. Shipping Timeline and Delays
   Standard delivery may take 2–4 weeks from the date of shipment to arrival in Kuwait.
   Delays may occur due to customs, logistics, or courier issues. While we will provide updates whenever possible, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times and are not responsible for external shipping or customs delays.

5. Alternative Shipping Options
   Customers may request faster or more secure shipping methods (e.g., express courier, insured shipping).
   Any upgraded service is fully at the customer’s expense, and payment must be made in advance.

6. Card Storage and Consolidation
   Customers may choose to have their ripped cards stored safely at our U.S. location to combine with future purchases.
   Storage is free, but in some situations, we may be required to ship your cards, in which case you will be responsible for the standard shipping cost.

7. Liability and Compensation
   Once a package is handed over to the courier or shipping company, we are not responsible for any loss, damage, or delay.
   In case of any issue during transit, we will coordinate with the shipping company to review any compensation options they provide.
   Compensation, if available, will depend entirely on the courier’s terms and policies.
